Bgob is coming-get that house ready!!

Soooo, Leila is supa prego! 34 weeks! It is so exciting-she just had a baby shower two weeks ago-so has a ton of stuff to go through and get ready. She also had three boxes of girl clothes passed from me to E to Brandy to Leila, each time gaining momentum in size. Let's just say we have already hung up 30 dresses, are currently folding pink laundry pile 1 of 2, the dresser is full and it still won't stop! We joke that the clothes are wear and toss-she will never wear the same thing twice.

Anyway, E and I are, shockingly, full of advice, how tos, and helpful advice for Leila. We started the day putting her swing together. Nice, comfy head brace...

Did you know that swings have a place for you to connect your ipod? E was surprised...Edgar the penguin, he made more appearances today.
The awesome rocker that's in the baby room. Hayes loves Reeder's shoes and snugglin' his momma. I love my snugglin' boy!
Next, we started breaking down boxes. One thing led to another, two hours later, we had cleaned the garage. And not just cleaned, but, hauled a dresser upstairs, along with the nightstands, swept, uncovered ceramic animals, and have the largest garbage pile in the neighborhood! The girls entertained themselves smooshing holly berries into the grass and throwing them at each other. Leo stayed inside with our tagalong chef-E making another delicious meal. Hayes ran around outside pantless and that freaked out my Dad. He was convinced that child welfare was going to arrest me because it was 41 degrees outside.
Notice how bundled Dad is, I finally allowed Hayes a blanket.
The clean garage! No car has been in since May move in!
Check it out-now kneeless Leila won't slip down her icy stairs. Mission accomplished!
Edgar sharing a dc with Papa.
LL Cool Hayes. The most fun toy in the OBrien house!
Time for house pics. As mentioned, the house is amazing. Please forgive all of the Simmons/Kappel/Irvin crap everywhere. Imagine two well organized adults living here and not seven gypsies.
The kids call this the "tunnel".
The man room. Don't tell Shawn about these pics-women are supposed to pay $5 per entry. That comfy couch bed in the middle has been Papa's bed during our stay. Through the right...
The poker room. WHAT? Yeah, this house is laaaarrrrgggeee!
Looking from upstairs down into the great room. Papa catching some football action. Thank goodness they have dogs, 'cause we demolished that gorgeous floor with more crumbs than Cracker Barrel.
And the front of the shack.
Baby Bgob's crib-literally. That gorgeous quilt-Mrs. Wormuth creation (Reeder's lucky enough to have a Mrs. Wormuth original, too).
Bye Aunt Leila, CJ and Kiwi! We'll miss you! Thanks so much for sharing your rockin' house! Can't wait to meet you baby Bagob!
Off to Charleston in the am!

But loved the story- and all the pictures- and Leila does have that "glow". Can't wait to see the newest baby girl in all my favorite dresses!
